June 6-9 2013 is Prince Rupert’s Annual SeaFest and the Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce wants to see your SeaFest Window Decorating Creativity!
Would you like to be this year’s winner of the Best Window Display? Pick up your entry form here and email or fax (250-624-6105) it back to us. Judging will take place on Friday June 7 from 4-5pm. Entries must be received no later than Thursday, June 6 at 3pm for the contest.
This year’s winner will be featured on our website, through Facebook and Twitter and a Media Release. Show off your creativity to the local community and our visitors!
May 11th Chamber Dinner and Auction Postponed
PRINCE RUPERT, BRITISH COLUMBIA — The Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce has postponed its Chamber Dinner and Auction originally planned for this Saturday, May 11, 2013.
With the BC Annual Dance Competition Gala taking place the night of May 11th, the Chamber Board of Directors felt it was important for the community to support the dance gala. Accordingly, they have postponed the Dinner and Auction.
The event will be rescheduled to the fall with the exact date to be determined. The change of date will ensure maximum enjoyment and positive exposure for our business members and community.
In anticipation of the Auction, the Chamber of Commerce experienced overwhelming support from the business community. Its members donated a significant number of items. The Chamber extends its gratitude for the sponsors’ ongoing support of the Chamber’s work. Each donating business will be contacted under separate cover to discuss its donation and next steps.
Those who have already purchased tickets will be fully refunded and will also be contacted separately.
